Not sure what you mean by "Alternative Exam Facilitation Program"? Alternative to what? To answer your last question, Exam4 from Extegrity (http://extegrity.com) offers secure Exam Administration, and does have a wonderful Mac native client. Cumberland has used Exam4 for years and we have had very little trouble with it, and any trouble we do have is addressed quickly by Extegrity. To date, we have administered 10's of thousands of exams and have never lost one.
