Authority control for Case Management System
Does anyone have a best practices guide for data entry for your clinical programs' case management/practice management system that they'd be willing to share?
We have four clinics that we are moving to Rocket Matter and the question of standardizing the use of "Tags" came up. We have had four different systems up until now and rather than start a round of meetings to coordinate the development of the Magna Carta, I'm hoping for some kind of shazam! or at least a starting point.

Not sure which are up to date - looks like multiple efforts to
accomplish what you are looking for - a shareable taxaonmony of case
matter/legal subjects.
