Certificate error problem - Ezproxy and IICLE Smartbooks

Probably not a lot of IICLE users here, but thought I'd give it a try.

When our users attempt to access IICLE SmartBooks through our EZproxy
proxy server, they see an error saying the certificate is untrusted
because the domain names don't match. We didn't see this error until
fairly recently, after IICLE redid its website.

We used to see the same error with BNA databases, but that seems to have
resolved itself. At the time, the BNA tech recommended a wildcard
certificate. According to the EZproxy listserv, a wildcard cert might
help our IICLE access, too. However, I've been asked to investigate
alternatives. Does anyone have any ideas? Has anyone else run into
this problem with only selected resources on proxy server? None of the
many other resources we proxy generate certificate errors.

Thank you.
