Federal Rules eBooks available on eLangdell

Folks,
Hope everyone enjoyed the long weekend.

Today CALI, in partnership with Cornell's Legal Information Institute
(LII), is releasing ebook editions of the Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, Federal Rules of Evidence, and Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure. These editions include the rules and the notes to the rules
as amended through December 1, 2010. The initial release is in the
.epub standard format, suitable for use on the iPad, Nook, and a
number of software ereaders including Calibre, Adobe Digital Editions
and more. The ebooks are free and offered under a Creative Commons
license. Additional versions for the Kindle and more will be available
later this week.

This is excellent. Now, if only CALI and LII could convince the ABA to
cooperate with them in releasing a free ebook version of the Model Rules of
Professional Conduct.
