GoogleApps/Gmail for education

This is for anyone that has switched to GA and Gmail for your school. Is
there a way to manage group membership via .csv file? I know you can create
your account with a .csv and there are only 4 fields needed to create them,
but I haven't been able to find any info on managing groups and the members
of said groups via .csv.
