Director for Information Technology Services, Search 2011064
This full-time, management position reports to the Associate Dean
for Library & Technology and is primarily responsible for oversight of
information technology systems, equipment and services for the law school
campus. This position includes overarching accountability for information
technology necessary to support the academic, research, and administrative
units of the law school, including services provided to the law library,
law faculty, staff and law students. This position reports to the
Associate Dean for Library & Technology. The Director of ITS oversees IT
infrastructure, hardware and services, including networks, servers,
security, classroom technology, workstations, computer labs, electronic
mail, audio/visual recording, web based services, exam administration,
helpdesk and training. The Director of ITS addresses concerns of faculty,
students, staff and administrators. This position plans and develops
services to meet the short and long-range information technology needs of
the School of Law. The Director of ITS advises the Associate Dean for
Library & Technology in areas relating to information technology, ensuring
the Law School’s effectiveness in responding to the IT needs of faculty,
students, staff and administrators. In collaboration with the Associate
Dean for Library and Technology, this management position participates in
establishing policy and is
accountable for policy implementation, services and operations specific to
Information Technology Services at the School of Law. This position works
collaboratively with the Associate Director for Library Services and the
Assistant Director for Administrative Services. This position serves as a
hands on member of the IT unit and participates in the provision of IT
service, maintenance and support as necessary. Additional information

Programmer / Systems Administrator, Search 2011065
This full-time computer technical support position reports to the
Director for Information Technology Services, and is responsible
for computer programming for the Law School and its web site. This
position also implements advanced LINUX systems, and independently
performs diagnostics and problem resolution, documents installations and
modifications, maintains systems for the School of Law’s academic,
administrative and student users, and provides backup services to other
members of the IT staff. Additional information about job duties &
