IT Reporting Survey
It seems as though it's been several years since this data was last
collected. I found mention of a 2002 survey in the archives but no
recent data. Since we have a new Dean who is looking at reporting
structures, including IT (I currently report directly to the Dean), I'd
like to see how we are organized. I'm also interested in reasons why
various reporting models work. I have a meeting with him on Friday so
please take a minute and take this quick survey. I'll post the results
to the list.
Thanks for your help,
Cyndi

Question on movie clips with screen capture software
Hi all,
Does anybody have experience creating movie clips (mostly from DVD, but
also from YouTube or other streaming sites) using screen capture
technology, such as Camtasia, SnagIt, Captivate or similar? I want to
know of any experiences you've had using any software on any version of
Linux, Mac or Windows.
If you know something or know somebody who does, please respond to me
directly. I have a few operational and technical questions, and I would
love to hear about what has/hasn't worked for you. I don't care about
download options or things like HandBrake.
This is somewhat time-sensitive. Thanks for any information.
Take care,
- Roger
