Journal Workflow and online publication

Besides BePress, what are you using for journal workflow and
particularly web-based publication? We're an .NET and asp shop, having
just switched to a DotNetNuke CMS, and I assumed their might be a module
for that. Any help, suggestions, sharing is appreciated.
