Media Capturing

We have 8 Mediasite recorders for our 10 rooms - and can't wait to be
able to buy the final 2. We use them for both audio and video. The
solution has not been adopted by the undergraduate or graduate schools
but we do occasionally record there when the event is beneficial to our
law students.

RE: Media Capturing

We currently have 8 Accordant capture stations that capture audio and video. Additionally, we have Marentz boxes in the main classrooms which can capture audio only as an mp3 file.

RE: Media Capturing

We use Panopto for audio recordings and Mediasite for video recordings. The solutions are not university adopted. Thank you.

Michael

We are using Echo360 for our classroom podcasts/enhanced podcasts. We are using Panopto for special research projects and workshops (that include video). Finally, we are using Livestream for our guest lectures/conferences/symposiums/special events.

RE: Media Capturing

Another thread from the list serv about audio and video recordings. I will do some research on Panopto.

Have either of you heard of Livestream?
