Media Equipment Scheduling Software Recommendations

Does anyone have recommendations for software that would help with
scheduling media equipment? Classroom/event scheduling integration
would be a huge bonus.

Thank you!

RE: Media Equipment Scheduling Software Recommendations

Tina,

We use Resource Scheduler from www.peoplecube.com. It's pretty
affordable and fairly flexible. We use it for room reservations as well
and it has been a HUGE improvement over the clipboard with printed excel
spreadsheets that they used to keep in the Dean's office. I suppose
that doesn't sound like a ringing endorsement so let me further state
that we like it and we like the price. I know some folks really hate
the fact that when they print it out, they can't get it to look like the
old excel spreadsheets.

Hope that helps a bit,

Phil
