ODBC / SQLServer2005 request for assistance

Hello Friends,

I am helping out some folks at the Maryland Crime Victims Resource Center (
http://www.mdcrimevictims.org/ ) where they are using A2J for online intake
into their case management system.

The problem we are having is apparently the connection between a .NET app
(which was provided by the CMS vendor) trying to use ODBC to import the
user's data.

Here is the error we see...

ERROR [IM002] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found
and no default driver specified

Now, I know about www.connectionstrings.com and have searched Google and
StackOverflow and tried several dozen different permutations without any
change in the error message. My ODBC days are long behind me, but I
thought someone among the Teknoids might have some clues as to what else we
can do ( or can explain the arcania of ODBC/fileDSN/system DSN) in a way
that brings some insight or clarity.

A successful resolution might involve some beer at the next conference.
Yes, I am that desperate.
