Outside web hosting

I know a lot of you run your own web servers, but since that's not
practical for me (been there, done that) I'm looking for a new host that
doesn't have ridiculous mail restrictions. I run a 225-member Mailman
mailing list, and most web hosts won't tolerate that kind of traffic,
even if there are only a few messages per day. On the other hand, I'm
tired of paying $40 a month for a "virtual private server" just to get
reasonable e-mail allowances.

Any suggestions?
