Question for you librarian types: Any thoughts/experience with Lawyers USA?

Lawyers USA by Dolan Media

Is anyone familiar with this publication/publisher? Have you been
offered this deal?

They publish a number of business and legal periodicals but this one
appears to be the only national publication.

'Sounds like someone is trying to build a mailing list of future
lawyers. Am I (too) cynical?

Thanks,

Phil

RE: Question for you librarian types: Any thoughts/experience w

I've subscribed off and on for many years. I like the publication. It has gotten too expensive for my personal budget, but it gives lawyers a nice overview of trends in all areas of law from all around the country. I think it's original focus was the solo, small, and medium firms.

If I could afford it, I'd be subscribing right now.

We've been subscribing to the national publication (back when it was
Lawyers Weekly) since 2004, and to two of their regional publications
for even longer.

I haven't seen any special student subscription offers, though.
