RE: Exam4 vmware error - Saving Exam4 files to alternate location

The exam file is stored, encrypted, on the student's laptop HDD, so no, we haven't been saving the file any way, but wirelessly submitting to the server. If the student has an unresolvable wireless issue, we save the file to a flash drive, then copy it to the server and put it in the correct folder.

What is prompting the desire to save in another location?

We have been using Extegrity Exam4 for years and have had great support as well. They have even provided technical support to our students.

Since we are on the topic of Exam4... Is anyone using a 2nd means of saving the exam, other than submitting it electronically?

Thanks,
- Matt

I was just relaying the student's comments and trying to convey her clear sense of frustration. But Greg from Extegrity and I have been in touch since yesterday right after I sent this, and in the past I have heard nothing but good things about Extegrity's support.

Best,
Doug
