Software for Clinics

What software, if any, do your Clinics (i.e. Wills Clinic) use for keeping
track of documents, client information, time keeping, etc.

Thank you!

RE: Software for Clinics

Do you know if Lexis offers a hosted solution for time-matters or is
that something you can only run in-house?

Thanks,

Software for Clinics

They have a Web-based version of TimeMatters but you have to host it
yourself. If you're looking for hosted practice management software, Clio,
Rocket Matter, and AdvologixPM seem to be getting traction among
solos/smalls.

Software for Clinics

We use a custom-built MS Sharepoint site, which I presented on at CALI
last month. You can view the recording here:
http://conference.cali.org/sessions/1049

Assuming you have a CALI login. If you don't, you can also view it
here:
http://rmcp.dcollege.net/playlists/13944/206872.html

It's certainly not as polished or professional as some of the
commercial apps, but it does the job and was free (other than my time
to set up & maintain it, which has been fairly minimal).

Just a note that the CALI conference video doesn't require a login to
view, so you can freely share it.
Thanks,
Elmer.
