The Zoom H4n Handy Digital Recorder

Is anyone on this List using one of these for anything at all ?
I have one and am delighted with it.
But for the life of me, I'm damned if I can follow the instructions
for updating its firmware to the latest version !!
If anyone can assist me I'd be extremely grateful.
