We've recently bought a few ipods--and with the new ipods capable of recording in high quality--we'll probably purchase one or two more for the purpose of audio-casting. Lectures are attainable either by progressive download over the network, Blackboard, or a collection on CD that they can take out from the library.

So far, so good. The pod is a cheap (and now high quality) way to do these things. We have a wireless mic feed directly in through the Griffin iTalk.

Cheers!
