I'm not sure how complicated your server environment is, since you mention clustering, but we duplicate our servers and virtualize them on another machine in an isolated network environment to test updates before placing them in production. Not trying to criticize, just offering some feedback. Exchange Cluster and lost a lot of WMI functionality.  Exchange would no

resolved it.

 

A Google on the KB number showed a number of different
problems with the update...
