I ran across this article today; no doubt many or most of you have seen
it before:

I agree with everything it says. It led to three questions. I am curious
about your answers to them, and interested in any discussion the piece
or the questions generate:

a) Do you agree with what the article says?
b) What would be the reaction if you were to send it, via e-mail, to
everyone in your institution?
c) What if the Dean were to do so?
