Duties/Responsibilities

Ensures the
provision of efficient and effective financial, academic or scientific
information or user support services for a college.

1. Directs user support for information technology users throughout the
College.

2. May include support of one or more of the following areas: instruction,
personal computer, workstation, and/or network support.

3. May coordinate college area information technology groups and work
groups.

4. Designs, develops and implements training and user support programs for
students, faculty and staff.

5. May manage the operation of computing laboratories, including staff,
equipment and supplies.

6. Manages the financial and human resources activities of the college user
services section.

7. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.  

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a 4 year
degree from a college or university and a minimum of one (1) year of
directly job-related experience.
