Hi All,

After attending a couple of Mac-centric sessions at this year's CALI,
I came away with the perception that those of us who actively support
Macs need to get Apple involved with helping us provide services for
our students.

At UO Law we provide equivalent support to both students (and faculty)
who use Dells and Macs including onsite repair, a loaner pool, etc.
I'm happy to share as much info as possible with others about how we
do this so please contact me via the teknoids list or individually if
you would like to learn more.
