invoice/receipt scanning

Apparently neither our ILS nor the legal publishing industry have bought into EDI, so I am looking to convert our library's technical services operation from making and filing paper copies of their receipts to scanning them and storing the digital copies. I'm wondering whether any of you are doing this, and if so, which applications are you using? I am familiar with NeatReceipts, which I use at home, but it seems a little cumbersome for a higher volume need. Suggestions?
BCS-style Law School Rankings (Alpha Test Version)

In the late 1990's, college football was at a crossroads. The power conferences formed an alliance, the Bowl Championship Series, and then faced the dilemma of creating a ranking system through which it could select teams for the big-money bowl...

Did you break the law today ??

According to this article ( http://www.ij.org/first_amendment/tx_computer_repair/6_26_08pr.html ) any IT Pro who "repairs" a PC in Texas without a Private Investigators license will be doing just that.

This leads to other serious questions for our Texas brethren:
- Will this apply to in-house repairs?
- Will your school pay for such licensing?
- Will you throw away every computer at it's first BSOD for the next three years?
- Will this allow PC techies to carry guns?

With penalties up to $4,000, 1 year in jail, and civil liability up to $10,000 for both the tech and the customer, it looks like Texas may soon be forced into "outsourcing" computer repairs.
